ORDERS

Sales are exclusively wholesale and are exclusive to local distributors and stores. We do not do retail sales, nor do we send free samples.

DELIVERY

Our company automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates and handling to guarantee that you receive your merchandise in the best way. We generally ship orders within 48 hours, always subject to stock availability.

PAYMENT

Payments are advanced. We do not send merchandise without payment made. We generally operate 30% cash in advance and the balance before shipping.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at info@vapevip.online and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via e-mail. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 60 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
